The customer has given a volume — either one order (spot) or an annual volume under contract. Contract Price EXW per product, plus logistical costs, indicative import duty, margin analysis, quote summary, forecast and the sales contract.

Indicative Quotation

No volume yet. Editable per-product tiers are seeded from the Price Matrix, including an Above 20 t tier, so the customer can select the appropriate annual-volume range. The same logistical costs, payment terms and indicative duty are applied to every band, giving a offered price per kg for each. Non-binding, 30-day validity, no forecast or contract.

Quotation to Distributors

Selling through a distributor. Opens the Distributor Order Calculator with its own volume-tier discounts, freight and certificate costs, indicative duty and landed price per kg. Plant margin is shown internally and never on the customer quotation. Quotations can be saved and reopened.
